Horrible Customer Service

Cannot get a customer service rep on the phone. I have been on hold waiting for two hours. I have to keep switching phones because the battery wanes. ERS needs to hire more reps to help customers. This is not the first time being on hold all day. Every time I call, I can expect a wait of at least two hours. Please get it together.

Constant calls

I get several phone calls and voice mails a day from them, they spoof their phone number to match my area so I would pick up. They spoof numbers that belong to other places of businesses so IT looks like a dentist or insurance place is calling. IT IS THEM. they proceed to leave a voice mail telling me that its ERS and I need to call them back at 855-491-****. I have called them, its about a debt my 40 year old son has and that my name was on the reference???? I have called them back at least 4 times now, my son does not live here and I have no idea on how to contact him. Does anyone have the correct mailing address so I can send a cease communication letters? This is getting old

Verizon Wireless Fraud/ ETS Solutions

I paid a $175 etf at a local verizon store with a Bank card, I read the Debt Department of Verizon their policy and they never heard of such policy even though its on their website. After transfering me to ETS solutions the lady was very rude. Informed me that $1257 dollars for Verizon will not be cut any at all this is for 3 months of service and I even paid a ETF. She was unaware to tell me how it was that high what was on there she could do nothing for me except yell at me and harrass me telling me my call is recorded and that I will expect more calls day by day from them trying to get their money. THE BIG POPER I canceled Verizon back in January 18th 2011 started service in November 2010, roughly 3 months of service. After paying the ETF, I didnt hear from them until October 15th 2011. Almost a year now. Went to buy a car and had a debt of 1,257.00 on my credit record. VERIZON and ETS are scammers and fraud. How do I take care of this without filing bankruptcy?

Harassment and wrong person

This company ERS calls your home wanting you to just give them your ss# without identifying themselves. They will ask you for the last digits of your ss#. They keep calling me getting smart! i have notified ATTY GEN Mike Dewines's office I have been assigned an Complaint specialist. They told me every time they call write it down until i recieve my complaint papers and remove from list paper. They have the wrong person. They're looking for a C.Hill with the last 4-digits that end with 4126. That could be a tactic that they use to get you to blurt out your ss# out of anger. What company insults the consumer and then ask for money who does that? You will hear from me real soon, since i'm stalling!

Neanderthal Customer Service Reps

This dumb company sent a collection notice (in December 2010) for my dad to my house trying to collect a debt for him from me. It was a debt for Direct TV. I have never used Direct TV or had them at any point in my life. When I called them to try to resolve it they were asking for my social sec. number and my home address. I refused to give them my social sec. number I'm sure so they could keep on file (when they probably had my Dads). When I refused she started barking at me they rudely hung up. They probably "googled" my last name and sent letters to everyone. I guess you don't need a brain to work there.

Insist I am the person THEY WANT.

I understand it's your Job, but to continually insist I am someone I'm not and to continually call me every day is absurd! I have no debts...and I'm contacted nearly every day to repay debts for a bill that is not even in my name. I've had this phone number for about 5 months and I'm sure its understandable that people do in fact change and inherit new phone numbers. So please tell me why is it so hard to comprehend that I am not said person. I've spoken to Supervisors and Managers and am told that calling will stop but sure enough the next day or a few days later, the harassing phone calls start up again. I would not be as upset as I am if in fact someone, anyone I talked to were kind and understanding but I have yet to speak to ONE person who is calm and collective. I have been told that I am SAID PERSON because this is the number they gave. I have been told that I have to pay my bill or else consequences will be taken. I have even been told that legal actions will be taken against me.....All understandable ERS, however I do believe that if you took half the time you spend harassing me into finding the actually person you're looking for, then you would have some success! I now am changing my phone number because no matter what steps I take I cannot get this company to stop contacting me. I'm also going to be reporting these harassing phone calls to the Better Business Bureau...I also advise anyone who receives calls from ERS to avoid them and block their numbers unless they want to deal with some of the most unpleasant, non understanding, and no reasonable people I have ever had the misfortune of speaking with.

"if you are NOT ...so & so....please hang up"

ERS Collections from Renton, Wa., calling for ATT, has this awful auto dialed telephone recording that calls your house late in the evening with the message that goes something like this- "This is an important message for ...so & so.... if you are NOT...so & so...please hang up. If you ARE ...so & so...please be advised that this is an effort to collect a debt..................yada, yada, yada" What self respecting kid, friend, housekeeper or, heaven forbid, in-law, can answer this call and exude the discipline to hangup and not listen to this once in a lifetime message in its entirety, even knowing that they are being berated on behalf of some dead beat debtor, who is only now discovered to be there husband, wife, friend, father, mother, employer or in-law. . I really thought these kind of tactics were illegal. But, I guess not!

Very unethical and rude

I received a notice from ERS and 10 minutes later I was calling to get it taken care of. I sopke with a lady who I agreed with to make payment the next day on my lunch hour. She then transferred me to a Ben. He was the biggest *** hole that I have ever had to encounter. Threatening me with credit reporting and telling me to hurry and get my card out of my wallet if I want to solve this. (Ben I hope you *** get hit by a bus you Mother ***). You folks don't know how rude this guy was he wouldn't let me deal with anyone else it took me 20 minutes before he passed me on to a supervisor. If this is the tactics used by this company then they need to take a look at themselves. Before something serious hits the fan. Booya ***!!!!!!!!
